Terms & Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the rights and obligations between Webato s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and its clients (hereinafter referred to as "Client") in providing services in the field of website creation, AI solutions, automation, and digital marketing.

2. Order and Conclusion of Contract

The contract is formed by confirming a price offer, email confirmation, or signing a contract for work. The scope of services is defined in the price offer or agreement between the parties.

3. Price and Payment Terms

The price for services is stated in the price offer. Standardly, a 50% deposit is paid before work begins, and the remainder upon handover of the work, unless agreed otherwise.

4. Rights and Obligations

The Provider undertakes to:

• Deliver the work in the agreed quality.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding Client information.

The Client undertakes to:

• Provide necessary materials on time.
• Pay the agreed price.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the price, the Client acquires the right to use the delivered work. The Provider retains rights to its know-how, templates, and internal tools.

6. Liability

The Provider is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. The total liability of the Provider is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Final Provisions

Relationships not regulated by these GTC are governed by the legal order of the Slovak Republic.
